The CRA's Redevelopment Plan envisions the redevelopment of Zephyr Park as a catalyst and priority for the district.
The Park will be developed as a iconic feature unique to Zephyrhills, The City of Pure Water. The Park will become a destination for residents and visitors alike, using creative design to develop park amenities that showcase out environmental resources and improve the storm water function and biodiversity associated with Zephyr Park. The plan will look to improve connections from the Park to downtown businesses and the residential neighborhoods surrounding the Park including identifying potential public private partnership for creation of residential and business opportunities.
Creating a unique asset will create a destination for downtown, provide opportunities for business and residential development and redevelopment. All which will increase property values and open up new markets for businesses.
